MSBA Hits No. 3 in World, MSM No. 7
Four master’s programs at McCombs hit high marks in the 2019 QS Global Masters Rankings and Global MBA Rankings
The Texas McCombs MS in Business Analytics ranked No. 3 in the world in the QS Masters in Business Analytics Rankings. First place went to MIT.
Among the five subcomponents used in the ranking’s methodology, the Texas MSBA ranked highest in value for money. A total of 74 schools were included in the annual ranking.
The Texas McCombs MS in Marketing, which this fall is only in its third year, landed at No. 7 in the world and No. 2 in the U.S., among Masters in Marketing. First place, and the only U.S. school ahead of McCombs, went to Columbia. A total of 70 marketing programs were ranked.
Among subcomponents, the Texas MSM performed best in the impact and success of its alumni.
MSF No. 5 in the U.S.
The Texas McCombs MS in Finance ranked No. 5 the U.S. and No. 33 globally among Masters in Finance programs. The top three positions went to London Business School, HEC Paris, and MIT.
A total of 158 schools were considered which put McCombs in the highest quintile worldwide.
MBA No. 14 in the U.S.
The Texas McCombs Full-Time MBA tied at No. 14 in the U.S. in the QS Global MBA Rankings. The top three positions went to Stanford, Harvard, and Wharton.
A total of 109 U.S. schools were considered in the ranking. Globally, McCombs came in 29th out of 251 schools. Among subcomponents for the U.S. schools, the Texas MBA ranked highest in return on investment.
