Texas McCombs BBA Ranks No. 6, 10 Specialties Hit Top 10

This marks the 28th consecutive year for the undergraduate business program to make the top 10

The McCombs School of Business continues its strong showing, ranking No. 6 in the 2027 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s undergraduate business program rankings. Five schools tied for sixth place: McCombs and business schools at Carnegie Mellon University, Cornell University, Indiana University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

This marks the 12th year in a row for the Texas McCombs BBA to land in the top seven in the annual ranking, and the 28th straight year for it to make the top 10. Among public schools, McCombs ranks third behind the University of California at Berkeley (No. 3) and the University of Michigan (No. 4).

McCombs is second only to the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in the number of undergraduate business specialties boasting a top 10 ranking, which speaks to the breadth of coverage as well as quality. McCombs landed 10 specialties in the U.S. News top 10 this year:
