2025 Shelby D. Hunt/Harold H. Maynard Award
Assistant Professor of Marketing Rowena Crabbe received the 2025 Shelby D. Hunt/Harold H. Maynard Award for her Journal of Marketing article, “Intersectionality in Marketing: A Paradigm for Understanding Understudied Consumers.”
This is a remarkable honor that reflects both the rigor of Rowena’s scholarship and the importance of the conversation her work is opening up. Intersectionality is a framework that the field has needed for some time, and her paper offers a thoughtful path forward for understanding consumers who have too often been overlooked.
