McCombs MBA Takes Historic High in Financial Times Rankings Evergreen 1200 x 800

Texas McCombs attained historic highs in the 2025 release of the Financial Times global MBA ranking.

Rising six spots from last year, the Texas McCombs Full-Time Hildebrand MBA Program achieved its highest domestic performance with a ranking of No. 17 among U.S. programs. Out of 100 ranked programs worldwide, McCombs rose five places to No. 39.

The top three schools in the annual ranking were, respectively, the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Columbia Business School at Columbia University, and IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Spain.

McCombs’ performance comes on the back of stellar results among many ranking components.  Faculty Research hit No. 10 worldwide, a new high reaching back to the ranking’s debut in 1999.  Alumni satisfaction with achieving their goals also took 10th place, and the strength of the alumni network landed at No. 11. The percentage of salary increase from pre- to post-MBA, one of the two most heavily weighted ranking components, also reached a two-decade high at 124%.
