McCombs M.S. Programs Take High Rankings 

3 master’s programs at McCombs continue to hit high marks in the 2027 QS World University rankings

Texas McCombs again commands strong positions across the board in the 2027 release of QS World University’s Global Business Masters rankings. 

MSM No. 2 in the U.S. 

The Texas McCombs M.S. in Marketing again took second place in the U.S. and ranked No. 14 worldwide in the QS Masters in Marketing Rankings.   

This marks the seventh year in a row for the MSM to land in the top two on the domestic front. 

Among the five subcomponents used in the ranking’s methodology, the Texas MSM was especially noted for its alumni outcomes, which ranked seventh worldwide.
 

HEC Paris and ESSEC Business School, both in France, again took first and second place, respectively.  Columbia University took the top spot among U.S. schools. A total of 213 marketing programs were ranked.  

MSF No. 7 in the U.S.  

The Texas McCombs M.S. in Finance again ranked seventh among U.S. schools and No. 28 globally among master’s programs in finance worldwide. First place went to HEC Paris, with the University of Oxford and Massachusetts Institute of Technology taking second and third, respectively.  

The MSF has held the top 10 status among domestic programs for the past 10 years.

McCombs ranked in the top 10% of 285 schools included this year. Among ranking subcomponents, the Texas MSF tied for No. 12 worldwide in alumni outcomes, which measures alumni among CEOs, entrepreneurs, and influencers.  

 
MSBA & AI No. 9 in the U.S. 

The Texas McCombs M.S. in Business Analytics ranked No. 9 in the U.S. among Master’s in Business Analytics programs. Worldwide, the program ranked 15th, with MIT, ESSEC / HEC Paris, and UCLA taking the top three spots, respectively.

The MSBA has landed in the top 10 U.S. programs for 10 consecutive years. 
 

Among subcomponents, the Texas MSBA & AI again ranked No. 5 worldwide for value for money (ROI), and its overall rank placed it among the top 6% of 234 programs considered.
