Texas McCombs MBA Rises to No. 18 in Poets & Quants Ranking
For the 13th year in a row, McCombs placed in the top 20 in the nation’s most comprehensive MBA ranking.
The McCombs School of Business rose two ranks to No. 18 in Poets & Quants’ 2022–23 ranking of 100 U.S. MBA programs. Among public schools, McCombs placed fifth.
The top three spots in the annual ranking, respectively, went to Wharton, Chicago, and Stanford.
The Texas McCombs Full-Time MBA Program has landed in the top 20 every year since the ranking debuted in 2010.
Poets & Quants forgoes surveys and data collection, relying instead on a weighted average of five of the most influential graduate business rankings: U.S. News & World Report (35 percent), Forbes (25 percent), Financial Times (20 percent), Bloomberg Businessweek (10 percent), and the Economist (10 percent). This comprehensive approach encompasses a larger array of data and smooths out the anomalies from any one ranking on its own.
