Texas McCombs BBA No. 5 in 2020 U.S. News Rankings

McCombs’ undergraduate program rose to No. 5 and 10 business specialties ranked in the top 10.

The McCombs School of Business rose to No. 5 in the 2020 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s undergraduate business program rankings.

The school tied with New York University and Carnegie Mellon University. This is the second time in the last three years that the Texas McCombs BBA has attained fifth place, and the 21st straight year for it to make the top 10. The program’s score in the annual ranking, based entirely on peer school assessment, hit an all-time high this year.

McCombs and the University of Pennsylvania led with the highest number of top 10 specialties. Each school has 10 specialties of this caliber, which speaks to breadth of coverage as well as quality.

The BBA program had six specialties place in the top five:

 • Marketing: No. 4
 • Quantitative Analysis: No. 5
