McCombs No. 10 Worldwide for Faculty Research

McCombs hits top 10 for publication prowess of its faculty in the world’s top business journals.

Texas McCombs rose two ranks to No. 10 in the world for research productivity in the 2021 UT Dallas Top 100 Worldwide Business School Rankings.

Among public schools in the U.S., McCombs held steady at No. 2.

This marks the 17th year McCombs has landed at rank 12 or higher, and the first time in six years to make the top 10. The annual ranking lists 100 schools.

The University of Texas at Dallas tracks faculty publications in 24 leading business journals over a five-year period and awards points based on university affiliation at time of publication. The current ranking covers 2016 to 2020.

McCombs faculty authored 201 such articles in this timeframe.
