The McCombs School of Business rose to No. 4 at the undergraduate level and No. 5 for graduate programs in the latest release of Gartner’s Top 25 2020 North American Supply Chain Programs.

Compared with the 2018 results, McCombs rose three ranks on the undergraduate side and 15 spots on the graduate. Current ranks tie or exceed any of the school’s prior performances.

McCombs took the No. 1 spot — on both levels — for industry value, which measures the program’s attention to industry perspectives, participation in internships, starting salary, and the diversity of its faculty and student body. Other components of the methodology included program scope (curriculum and global problem-solving) and program size.

Gartner, an authority on industry supply chains, began ranking universities in 2009 as part of an industry effort. The company’s results are usually published biennially and are announced at its annual conference in June.
