Texas Executive Education partners with Ziplines Education to accelerate career mobility with in-demand skills
To help professionals navigate and take charge of their careers in today’s digital workforce, Texas Executive Education at The University of Texas at Austin today announced its launch of several new online certificate courses in partnership with Ziplines Education, a leading career accelerator focused on upskilling learners at all career levels. The collaboration is especially timely as businesses increasingly seek talent with the technology-first skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the workplace.
The World Economic Forum estimates that 50% of workers will need to be reskilled by 2025. To stay competitive and relevant, professionals in “business and management” roles need to continually advance their skills in a rapidly evolving and tech-driven landscape. Texas Executive Education at UT Austin will help equip professionals with some of these skills by offering programs in Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Product Management.
“Digital skills are no longer a luxury. They’re a necessity,” said Gaylen Paulson, associate dean of the McCombs School of Business and director of Texas Executive Education at UT. “Our collaboration with Ziplines Education enables us to offer learners the skills needed to embrace technology-driven work and to enhance the talent pool in Austin and beyond. We’re seeking to bridge education and industry, equipping professionals to unlock new pathways for growth and innovation.”
Ziplines’ flexible, cohort-based online certificate courses in high-growth career areas deliver the knowledge and skills, including core business strategies plus industry-recognized certifications, that reflect what employers seek today. Course highlights include:
- Digital Marketing learners can earn industry-recognized qualifications and certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Project Management learners can earn a Jira Software Essentials Associate Certification and 23 hours toward the Project Management Institute’s Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Product Management learners can earn Productboard’s Outcome-Driven Roadmaps certification, Jira Software Essentials certification, and Amplitude’s Getting Started with Amplitude Analytics badge.
Students will complete the program with in-demand practical skills, a strategic playbook to showcase their new skills to employers, a certificate of completion from the Texas Executive Education at UT, and industry-recognized certifications from platforms such as Jira and Google Analytics.
“Professionals across sectors who actively learn new skills and adapt to new technology are better positioned to capitalize on emerging job opportunities and to deliver on business goals,” said Sara Leoni, founder and CEO of Ziplines Education. “Our partnership with Texas Executive Education at UT Austin provides learners with high-impact, industry-relevant training to seize career growth and advancement and meet the demands of the evolving workforce.”
