Hitting a historic high for the second year in a row, the Hildebrand Full-Time MBA Program rose three places to No. 13 in Poets & Quants’ 2025-2026 ranking of 100 U.S. MBA programs.

The top three spots in the annual ranking went to Northwestern University, Harvard University and Columbia University.

The Texas MBA has landed in the top 20 every year since the ranking debuted in 2010.

Poets & Quants forgoes surveys and data collection, relying instead on a weighted average of what its editors perceive as the most influential graduate business rankings. Which rankings are chosen and how they are weighted can vary but have remained consistent for the past three years: U.S. News & World Report (35%), Financial Times (30%), Bloomberg Businessweek (15%), LinkedIn (10%) and The Princeton Review (10%). The comprehensive approach encompasses a larger array of data and smooths out the anomalies from any one ranking on its own.
